Will the cake be fresh?
How much time is required for delivery & do you do same day delivery?
Usually we deliver the product on the selected date & time slot. For same day delivery we need at least 3-4 hours to prepare the product and 2-3 hours for the delivery process.

Can we customise the balloon of the product?
You can customise the text to be printed on the balloon in “Text on Balloon” section on the product page. Whereas, the balloon colours are non-customisable as we have set the colours just perfectly according to the product.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
No, only online payments are available due to safety issues.
